Job summary

Premier Sotheby’s International Realty seeks an experienced real estate operations leader to support its luxury brokerage across Florida and North Carolina. The Senior Director of Operations reports to the President and CEO and collaborates with managing brokers, office admins and department leaders to drive day-to-day operations, implement initiatives and provide performance insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential real estate brokerage operations.
• Active Florida real estate license preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with reporting and market data.
• Ability to develop and implement company-wide initiatives.
• Excellent communication with senior leadership and brokers.

Responsibilities

• Work with President/CEO and leadership to support operations of sales offices and departments.
• Serve as liaison between sales offices and home-office departments (Accounting, HR, IT, Marketing, Relocation, Growth, Advisor Engagement, New Development, Rentals, Trusted Partners).
• Evaluate existing practices and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support.
• Plan and execute initiatives, address issues to completion.
• Develop and maintain reporting on performance, market conditions, sales trends and activity.
• Maintain and manage office lease records, renewals and related matters.
• Support growth opportunities and coordinate updates to policies and procedures.
• Assist in monitoring real estate laws and coordinate necessary changes to forms and practices.
• Collaborate with affiliated partners to support initiatives across the company.
