Job summary

ONE Sotheby’s International Realty is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead luxury real estate marketing initiatives. You will drive campaigns, optimize digital channels, and support agents with branding and collateral across offices in South Florida and beyond.

You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure consistent messaging, high client satisfaction, and measurable results in lead generation and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is required.
• Experience in luxury real estate marketing and campaigns are essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for luxury agents and listings.
• Advise on digital marketing, email campaigns, and content to generate leads and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the corporate brand group to align messaging.
• Deliver high-quality client service and manage agent expectations and timelines.
