Sotheby’s International Realty in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Marketing/Operations Associate for a full-time, in-office role. The position supports brokerage operations and marketing, with occasional visits to North Potomac.

You’ll train and troubleshoot company tools, assist with marketing materials, and help keep day-to-day office operations running smoothly. A hospitality mindset and tech-savviness are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• InDesign and Photoshop proficiency desired.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding: be the in-office point of contact for onboarding and set advisors up for success.
• Listing management: ensure listings meet quality standards and manage media uploads.
• Transaction support: train and assist on Brokerage Engine and document submission.
• Marketing platforms: train advisors on BrightMLS, Rechat, Elevate, and more.
• Marketing production: assist with email, print, and social media materials.
• Training and support: provide ongoing platform guidance and troubleshooting.
• Office management: support office operations and vendor coordination.
