• Recruitment: develop and execute a strategy to recruit experienced luxury agents and high-producing teams.
• Agent support: lead guidance in business development, listing strategies, marketing, and client presentations.
• Operations: oversee daily Luxury Division operations at Coral Gables office and coordinate with marketing, transaction coordination, and admin teams.
• Marketing & business development: strengthen the Luxury Division brand, build relationships with developers and referral partners, organize luxury-focused events.
• Personal activity: Director may conduct personal real estate transactions per policy; none required.
