Job summary

Realogy, via Coldwell Banker Global Luxury, seeks a Luxury Marketing Specialist to drive engagement and awareness of the Luxury program across the network. You will work with the Luxury Marketing Manager to support top independent sales associates with their marketing needs, deliver program benefits, train agents, and track activities with regular reporting.

• Experience in marketing, creative agency, or communications (2 years).
• Real estate industry experience is a plus.
• Experience working in a multi-location environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn other tools.
• Basic knowledge of InDesign and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Basic understanding of paid social campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the full Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program offerings to agents.
• Deliver value propositions and tools to drive adoption of the luxury designation.
• Support independent agents and teams with marketing needs to boost engagement.
• Provide one-on-one training, meetings, and reporting on activities.
• Track and report marketing trends and success stories.
• Resolve issues and support recruiting and retention through materials.
• Document all agent communications via the CBGL Touchpoint App and produce semi-monthly reports.
• Coordinate awareness, events and promotional assets for luxury programs.
