Job summary

Realogy’s Luxury Marketing Specialist will oversee mechanical assembly, project management and production of luxury program assets to grow and promote the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program. The role partners with the Luxury Marketing Manager to support independent agents and their teams, delivering high‑level marketing materials and tracking activities.

Strong communication, design sense and multi‑location collaboration are essential for success.

• Basic knowledge of InDesign and Adobe CC.
• Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Support Global Luxury program engagement and awareness with assets.
• Communicate program offerings and promote luxury certification adoption.
• Deliver value propositions and tools to local markets.
• Provide coverage of Luxury Marketing Manager when needed.
• Track activities and report marketing trends and success stories.
• Provide strategic support for recruiting and retention efforts.
• Document agent communications and provide weekly reports.
