Bloomingdale’s in New York is seeking a Store Leader to guide both the colleague and customer experience. As a Business Sales Manager, you will inspire your team, recruit, onboard and develop direct reports, and ensure an outstanding customer journey across a multi-million dollar store operation.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and 3-5 years direct experience required.
• Effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and partners.
• Ability to effectively plan and execute strategies.
• Ability to monitor and maneuver workflow to achieve priorities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Observe, coach and role model customer-centric selling behaviors at all times.
• Champion use of selling technology to support a seamless customer experience.
• Lead relationship selling, building a client book and driving outreach.
• Support total store priorities and be an engaged leader.
• Own merchandising execution with the Visual Merchandise Manager and Merchandise Manager.
• Ensure restocking, floor moves, and signing are completed.
• Provide daily oversight of fulfillment and track metrics to maximize fill rate.
