Job summary

Bloomingdale’s in Illinois seeks a Store Leader to drive the colleague and customer experience as a Business Sales Manager. You will inspire your team, recruit, onboard and develop talent while ensuring an outstanding in-store experience.

Leading merchandising, leveraging selling technology, and building a client book are core responsibilities as you manage a multi-million dollar component of the store’s business.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required and relevant retail leadership experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with customers and partners.
• Ability to plan and execute strategies to meet store goals.

Responsibilities

• Observe, coach and role model customer-centric selling behaviors.
• Lead and educate relationship selling, building a client book.
• Oversee merchandising direction with store leadership teams.
• Ensure timely restocking, floor moves and signage.
• Provide daily oversight of fulfillment processes and metrics.
• Champion use of selling technology to enhance the customer experience.
