Job summary

The Knox, Auberge Collection in Dallas is seeking a Public Area Attendant to uphold the luxury standard across guest rooms and public spaces. You will meticulously maintain cleanliness and comfort, focusing on high-traffic zones and high-touch surfaces to ensure a memorable stay.

In this role you’ll support the Residents Lounge beverage program, replenish supplies, and monitor ambiance to preserve an elegant, welcoming atmosphere for all guests and residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year housekeeping experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or luxury residences is preferred.
• Effective and professional communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize cleaning of high-touch surfaces and high-traffic zones throughout the day.
• Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages to ensure prompt resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Residence cleanliness standards and policies in all assigned areas.
• Assist with the complimentary beverage and snack program in the Residents Lounge, including tea, coffee, and refreshments.
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, appliances, and service station.
• Provide light service support in the Residents Lounge when residents are present.
• Monitor lighting, scent, music, and overall ambiance to maintain a consistent luxury environment.
