Job summary

The Knox, Auberge Collection in Dallas seeks a Public Area Attendant to maintain guest rooms and common areas within a luxury hotel environment. You will ensure spaces sparkle with cleanliness, comfort, and warmth for our guests throughout shifts.

You will prioritize high-touch areas, report maintenance needs, and support the Residents Lounge with beverages and light service, contributing to a consistently luxurious guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year housekeeping experience required.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
• Prior experience in a luxury hotel and/or luxury residences
• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and fellow team members

Responsibilities

• Prioritize cleaning of high-touch surfaces and high-traffic zones throughout the day.
• Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages in Residencesto ensure prompt resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Residencecleanliness standards and policies in all assigned areas.
• Assist with the complimentary beverage and snack program in the Residents Lounge, including tea, coffee, and refreshments.
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, appliances, and service station.
• Provide light service support in the Residents Lounge when residents are present.
• Monitor lighting, scent, music, and overall ambiance to maintain a consistent luxury environment.
