Job summary

The Knox Hotel Employer LLC, in Dallas, seeks a Public Area Attendant to maintain pristine guest areas and assist with guest comfort. You will ensure high standards of cleanliness, contribute to a luxury guest experience, and support lounge and public spaces in a boutique Auberge Collection property opening in 2026.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of housekeeping experience, are flexible with hours including weekends, and bring experience from luxury hotels or residences.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year housekeeping experience required.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in a luxury hotel and/or luxury residences is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize cleaning of high-touch surfaces and high-traffic zones throughout the day.
• Inspect and report maintenance issues or damages promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Residence cleanliness standards and policies in all areas.
• Assist with the beverage and snack program in the Residents Lounge as needed.
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, appliances, and service stations.
• Provide light service support in the Residents Lounge when residents are present.
• Monitor lighting, scent, music, and ambiance to maintain a luxurious environment.
