Job summary

Drucker + Falk LLC is seeking a Property Manager for Preston Centre, an upscale luxury community in Downtown Columbus, OH. You will support all phases of property operation under the Regional Property Manager, including staff direction, leasing, budgeting, and resident services.

Responsibilities include training staff, processing leases, collecting rents, supervising contractors, maintaining records, and ensuring property upkeep. Travel is required to support leasing and property initiatives.

Qualifications

• Formal education and certifications related to property management or real estate.
• Experience coordinating leasing, budgets, payroll, and vendor management.
• Knowledge of residential property management practices and standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff; evaluate performance and salary considerations.
• Hire/terminate employees per company policy and maintain payroll records.
• Assist in leasing apartments and processing leases and forms.
• Collect rents, handle delinquencies, and maintain financial records.
• Oversee maintenance, vendor contracts, and capital improvements.
• Manage budget development with the Regional Property Manager.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and respond to complaints promptly.
• Perform marketing for the apartment community and support move-ins/outs.
• Travel as required to support property operations and leasing.
