Job summary

Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing production and sales at an assigned community. You will conduct tours, process applications and renewals, and support excellent customer service to residents.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn fair housing regulations. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• Proven customer service, teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to learn fair housing regulations.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Experience in residential property management, sales, or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease production and sales at an assigned apartment community.
• Lead luxury apartment home tours for prospective residents.
• Assist with new lease applications and renewal processes.
• Follow up on resident questions and support all customer service efforts.
• Maintain tour paths and assist with site cleanliness and grounds.
