Job summary

ResideBPG is seeking a Residential Leasing Consultant to lease luxury rental communities, meet occupancy goals, and deliver high levels of service to prospects and residents. You will tour properties, pre-lease units, and manage follow-ups to convert leads into signed leases.

The role requires a professional image, solid sales experience, and excellent communication. You will work with the Property Manager to hit targets and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and residents.

Responsibilities

• Lease and pre-lease the communities and complete legal paperwork.
• Tour/show properties to prospective residents and follow up with leads.

• Maintain timely data in system databases and stay compliant with housing regulations.
