Lifestyle Communities in Gahanna, OH is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing production and sales at a community. You will present community features, conduct model home tours, and guide prospective residents through the application and renewal processes.

We're looking for someone with strong customer service, sales energy, and the ability to work weekends as needed. Experience in property management or sales is preferred, and fair housing regulations knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• Proven customer service, teamwork, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn fair housing regulations.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Previous experience in residential property management, sales, or customer service is preferred.
