Qualifikationen

• Position requires a minimum of 3+ years property management experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus.
• Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.

Aufgaben

• Lead all aspects of property operations including maintenance, leasing, resident relations, and administrative functions to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Stabilize staff and residents through ownership transitions, system migrations, and rebrand disruptions.
• Manage budgets, revenue optimization, expense controls, and capital expenditures to meet pro forma targets.
• Oversee renovations and amenity overhauls while maintaining cash flow and collaborating with Asset Management.
• Ensure leasing practices comply with federal, state, and local laws; obtain Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
