Qualifications

• 8–12 years of regional supervisor experience with a track record in budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 10–15 assets and optimize NOI and long-term asset value.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain onsite leadership (Community Managers, Leasing Managers, Service Managers).
• Develop and monitor annual operating budgets and leasing strategies; ensure alignment with market performance.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, and company policies; uphold high operational standards.
