Vidalta Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team and oversee all maintenance operations at our Irving, TX community. You will manage service requests, turnover, and vendor relationships while ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a proven track record in property maintenance with 5–8 years of experience, including supervisory duties. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in property maintenance with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and appliance repair.
• EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal) is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités
