Job summary

Vidalta Residential in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a results-driven Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive resident experience, and maximize investor returns across a growing multifamily portfolio.

You will manage leasing, budgeting, staff development, and compliance, partner with asset management, and champion a white-glove service culture in a high-performance, resident-first environment. Experience with Yardi/OneSite and CAM excellence preferred; bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in property management.
• Proficient in property management software (Yardi/OneSite).
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and leasing laws.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and control all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, leasing, resident relations, and administrative functions.
• Maintain accurate records of all property transactions in our Property Management Software.
• Manage property financials including budget development, revenue optimization, and expense controls.
• Prepare and administer the annual operating and capital budget.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
