Qualifications

• 4+ years of food and beverage management experience exclusively within a luxury resort, 5-star hotel, fine dining establishment, or prestigious private country club.
• Refined communication, elite social skills, and a polished presence with members.
• Strong knowledge of fine wines, craft spirits, and mixology trends.
• Proficiency in club-specific management and reservation software, Northstar, plus standard MS Office and POS platforms.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and high-profile holidays.

Responsibilities

• Exemplary Member Relations: Cultivate strong, professional relationships with members; remember individual preferences to deliver personalized service.
• White-Glove Service Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise service staff in luxury dining protocols, wine and etiquette.
• Special Events & Banquets: Collaborate with culinary team and event coordinators to execute member events and galas.
• High-End Operational Excellence: Maintain pristine dining rooms, patios, and bars to match luxury aesthetics and safety standards.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage labor hours, minimize waste, control inventory, and track POS data.
