Qualifications

• 4+ years of F&B management in luxury resorts, hotels, or clubs.
• Excellent communication and refined social presence.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixology trends.
• Proficient with club management and reservation software (Northstar) and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations in a luxury club setting.
• Manage service team to deliver flawless, anticipatory service.
• Coordinate with culinary team for events and banquets.
• Maintain dining rooms and bars to luxury standards.
• Track labor, inventory, and POS data for efficiency.
