Job summary

Countryside Golf & Country Club in Naples, FL is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead our dynamic dining operations across three outlets, from casual poolside to upscale events.

You will collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager and Executive Chef to deliver outstanding service and memorable member experiences.This entry-level management role offers growth, requires at least two years of supervisory F&B experience in a private club or resort, and demands flexibility for

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of food & beverage supervisory experience, preferably in a private club, resort, or upscale restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage outlets including dining rooms, bar, events, and pool café.
• Ensure smooth daily operations with strong floor presence during service.
• Maintain service standards aligned with club expectations.
• Coordinate with the Executive Chef & Food & Beverage Manager for front- and back-of-house communication.
• Train and supervise front-of-house team.
• Lead by example and conduct ongoing training.
• Ensure preshift and end of service sidework is completed properly.
• Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
