• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and high-profile holidays.

In this role, you will orchestrate daily front-of-house operations, lead a dedicated service team, and ensure that our residents and their guests receive flawless, anticipatory service. The ideal candidate brings an extensive background in fine dining, country clubs, or five-star luxury resorts, paired with a natural passion for hospitality and impeccable attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Exemplary Member Relations: Cultivate strong, professional relationships with members; remember individual preferences, dietary restrictions, specific seat choices to deliver highly personalized service.

• White-Glove Service Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise service staff in luxury fine dining protocols, including advanced wine and spirits presentation, tableside service, and proper etiquette.

Special Events & Banquets: Collaborate closely with the culinary team and event coordinators to flawlessly execute all member events and seasonal holiday galas.

• High-End Operational Excellence: Maintain the pristine physical condition of the dining rooms, patios, and bars, ensuring every element matches luxury brand aesthetics and strict safety regulations.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage labor hours dynamically against community occupancy trends, minimize operational waste, control inventory for premium assets, and track POS data accurately.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 4+ years of food and beverage management experience exclusively within a luxury resort, 5-star hotel, fine dining establishment, or prestigious private country club.

Hospitality Mindset: Refined communication, elite social skills, and the polished presence necessary to interact comfortably with members.

Beverage Knowledge: Strong foundational knowledge of fine wines, craft spirits, and mixology trends.

• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in club-specific management and reservation software, Northstar, alongside standard Microsoft Office and POS platforms.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work a varied schedule dictated by community seasons, including weekends, evenings, and high-profile community holidays.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS – ABILITY TO:

• Grasp, lift, carry or transport up to 50 pounds.
• Push/pull wheeled carts weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Stand and walk for length of scheduled shift.
