Job summary

Troon, a global leader in golf and community management, is seeking a Dining Room Manager for Fiddler's Creek Golf Club in Naples, FL. You will lead service staff, uphold quality standards, and ensure outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities include pre-shift meetings, coordinating between front-of-house and kitchen, staff scheduling, training, and maintaining cleanliness and inventory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory or management experience in full-service dining.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and conducts pre-shift meetings to review specials, menu changes, house counts, etc.
• Assures all staff provide friendly, hospitable service and creates a welcoming atmosphere.
• Represent the facility with professional hospitality and leadership qualities.
• Collaborates with Executive Chef and F&B Manager on all food and beverage operations to exceed member expectations.
• Liaises between wait staff and kitchen to ensure timely communication.
• Monitors dining areas and kitchen to maintain food quality and service standards.
• Schedules servers, hosts, bartenders, and other dining room staff.
• Ensures dining facilities are clean, stocked, and organized; schedules maintenance as needed.
• Oversees training and reinforcement of service standards.
• Interacts with Members and Guests, resolves issues with tact and diplomacy.
