Job summary

RH Outlets is seeking an Outlet Sales Leader to guide a high-energy team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales excellence across our outlet network.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, set performance goals, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with operations to ensure inventory integrity, correct pricing, and timely markdowns, all while maintaining elevated brand standards and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably home furnishings.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets through leadership, strategy, and customer engagement.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by setting clear goals, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies to exceed targets.
• Ensure all team members are trained in product knowledge, selling techniques, and policies to deliver an extraordinary experience.
• Implement ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns in line with company standards.
• Build and maintain client outreach lists to foster relationships and repeat business.
• Maintain elevated brand standards in merchandise presentation, store appearance, and customer interactions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales, operations, and customer service initiatives.
• Uphold operational excellence by ensuring compliance with safety, inventory, and visual merchandising standards.
