Lead outreach, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure operational excellence across safety, inventory, and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings
• Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets through exceptional leadership and customer engagement
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, Google applications
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by setting clear goals and strategies to exceed targets
• Ensure Team Members are trained in product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies
• Implement ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns in line with standards
• Build and maintain client outreach lists to foster relationships and drive repeat business
• Maintain elevated brand standards in store presentation and customer interactions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales, operations, and service initiatives
• Uphold operational excellence by ensuring safety, inventory, and visual merchandising standards
