Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Business Manager to oversee all operations of a multifamily property, including budgeting and financials, and to ensure exceptional resident satisfaction. You will lead a team of office and maintenance staff and work closely with Regional Leadership to meet asset goals.

The role requires at least 2 years of multifamily Property Manager experience; RealPage/Knock/Onesite software experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multifamily Property Manager experience; Luxury A-Class experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial performance of the property including rents, occupancy and expenditures.
• Oversee office and maintenance staff and train/counsel onsite personnel.
• Analyze monthly performance and budgets; report to Regional Manager/Regional VP.
• Develop annual asset business plans and budget forecasts.
• Supervise leasing, renewal and resident retention programs to maintain occupancy.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and projects; ensure market-ready conditions.
