Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Business Manager (Property Manager) to oversee all aspects of a luxury multifamily community. You will manage financials, staffing, and vendor relations while working with regional leadership to hit asset goals.

The role requires supervising office and maintenance teams, delivering market-ready properties, and driving leasing and retention programs across the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Luxury A-Class experience preferred.
• Experience with RealPage/Knock/Onsite software is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance including rents, occupancy and expenditures.
• Manage, train and counsel onsite staff and vendors.
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections with leadership.
• Develop asset business plans and forecast budgets.
• Ensure market-ready properties and supervise maintenance.
• Lead marketing strategies and leasing programs to maximize occupancy.
