Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Business Manager (Property Manager) in Savannah, GA to lead all aspects of a multifamily community. You will oversee staff, manage budgets, drive occupancy, and cultivate strong vendor partnerships.

You will partner with regional leadership to meet asset goals, report financial performance, and implement sales and marketing strategies. This role rewards growth with opportunities and a strong Olympus culture across nationwide communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multifamily Property Manager experience; Luxury A-Class experience preferred.
• RealPage/Knock/Onesite software experience strongly preferred.
• Full-time availability, Mon–Fri, hours 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; flexible for events/emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the property's financial performance: rents, occupancy, expenditures.
• Manage, train and coach onsite staff; mentor team.
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections with Regional leadership.
• Complete annual asset business plans and budget forecasts.
• Review and report financial information; manage vendor contracts and projects.
• Promote marketing initiatives and maintain high resident retention and occupancy.
• Ensure property and unit conditions meet market readiness; conduct regular inspections.
• Foster Olympus culture among residents and staff; ensure safety and compliance.
