Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Business Manager (Property Manager) to oversee all aspects of a multifamily property, driving financial performance, staff leadership, and vendor partnerships. You will coordinate leasing, marketing, and operations to achieve occupancy goals and ensure resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include budgeting, supervising office and maintenance teams, and reporting to Regional leadership while driving Olympus Culture and core values across the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multifamily Property Manager experience; Luxury A-Class experience preferred.
• Experience with RealPage/Knock/Onesite software strongly preferred.
• Dual-site property experience preferred.
• CAM or CPM designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance including rents, occupancy, and expenditures.
• Manage, train and counsel onsite staff.
• Analyze monthly performance and budgets with Regional leadership.
• Develop annual asset business plans and budget forecasts.
• Review and report financial information and metrics.
• Lead marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy.
• Supervise maintenance and office staff.
• Ensure buildings and units are market-ready and compliant.
