Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Business Manager (Property Manager) to oversee all aspects of a multifamily property, including budgeting, staffing, and vendor relations. You will drive resident satisfaction and financial performance while leading onsite teams and coordinating with regional leadership.

The role requires experience in multifamily property management, strong budgeting skills, and familiarity with property software such as RealPage/Knock/Onesite.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multifamily Property Manager experience.
• Experience with RealPage/Knock/Onsite software strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property financial performance: rents, occupancy, and expenditures.
• Lead onsite office and maintenance staff; train and mentor team.
• Prepare annual asset business plans and budget forecasts.
• Review financial reports and communicate results to leadership.
• Develop and execute marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy.
