Olympus Highlands North is seeking a Business Manager (Property Manager) to oversee all property operations, including budgeting, resident satisfaction, and vendor relations. You will lead a team of office and maintenance staff and collaborate with Regional Leadership to hit annual goals.

The role emphasizes financial oversight, marketing strategies, leasing programs, training, and ensuring market-ready conditions across buildings and amenities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multifamily Property Manager experience; Luxury A-Class experience preferred.
• RealPage/Knock/Onesite software experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance: rents, occupancy, expenditures.
• Manage, train and counsel onsite staff.
• Develop annual asset business plans and budgets.
• Review and report financial information to leadership.
• Supervise leasing programs to maintain occupancy.
• Provide direction to maintenance staff and vendors.
• Ensure property is market-ready and compliant.
