Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a seasoned Business Manager (Property Manager) to oversee all aspects of a luxury multifamily community in Phoenix, AZ. The role includes budgeting, financial oversight, and ensuring high resident satisfaction while leading a team of onsite staff and coordinating with regional leadership.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of multifamily property management experience, with Luxury A-Class exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multifamily Property Manager experience; Luxury A-Class experience preferred.
• RealPage/Knock/Onisite Software experience strongly preferred.
• Willing to work full-time, Monday – Friday (hours 8:00 AM–6:00 PM) with flexibility for after-hours events.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial performance of the property, including rents, occupancy, and expenditures.
• Oversee training and counseling of onsite staff.
• Review monthly performance and budgets with Regional leadership.
• Lead marketing budgeting and tenant retention programs.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendor contracts.
• Ensure buildings and units are market-ready and compliant.
