Job summary

Olympus Property in Pooler, GA seeks a driven Business Manager (Property Manager) to oversee a multifamily community, including budgeting, rents, occupancy, and staff oversight. You will collaborate with Regional Leadership to meet asset goals and ensure resident satisfaction.

The role requires at least 2 years of multifamily PM experience (Luxury A-Class preferred), and RealPage/Knock/Onesite software experience is highly valued. Olympus offers growth opportunities and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multifamily Property Manager experience; Luxury A-Class experience preferred
• RealPage/Knock/Onesite software experience strongly preferred
• Available full-time, Monday–Friday (hours 8:00 AM–6:00 PM)
• Flexibility for after-hours resident events and/or emergencies

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial performance of the property including rents, occupancy, and expenditures
• Manage, train and counsel onsite staff
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections with Regional Manager/Regional VP
• Complete annual asset business plans and budget forecasts
• Review, understand and report financial information
• Cultivate and execute marketing strategies and budgeting
• Supervise resident retention, renewal and leasing programs to maintain occupancy
• Provide direction to property maintenance staff and ensure market-ready conditions
• Bidding, negotiating and managing vendor contracts and projects
