Job summary

Kairoi is seeking a Service Technician to maintain multifamily communities, respond to resident requests, and prepare vacant units for new residents. You will troubleshoot and repair appliances, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems, and assist with general maintenance across the property.

You will also support make-ready efforts, maintain common areas, and participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies, ensuring a high standard of customer service and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in apartment home repair including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• EPA and HVAC certifications, or willingness to obtain them.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry).
• Perform repairs and replacements to resolve issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with residents and communicate progress and timelines.
