Job summary

SYNC CityCentre is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our sales team. The role requires at least 2 years of multifamily leasing experience, preferably in luxury/mid-rise communities, and a valid driver’s license.

You will tour prospects, guide them through the application process, and manage CRM communications. The position includes a rotating schedule with Saturday shifts and strong emphasis on closing leases, marketing outreach, and maintaining occupancy and market information.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of multifamily leasing experience required.
• Must work Saturdays (2–3 per month, 10am–5pm).
• Valid Driver's License and state minimum insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Tour prospective residents and guide them through the application and leasing process.
• Maintain CRM communications and follow-ups with prospects.
• Handle inquiries from residents and prospects; manage incoming calls.
• Create social media content and marketing materials for the community.
• Assist in outreach marketing within the neighborhood and with employers.
• Ensure property information is accurate across websites and listings.
• Prepare move-in packets and model units for tours.
• Plan and participate in resident events.
