Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• One year of leasing experience is preferred but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and tour prospects, qualify, determine wants and needs, and present community and apartments with features and benefits.
• Proactively manage leads, document tours, and complete leasing and application paperwork.
• Ensure tour routes cover all communal areas and that units are rent-ready.
• Walk rent-readies and models, check status of vacant units, and maintain supply of rent-ready inventory.
• Maintain awareness of local market conditions and contribute ideas for marketing and resident satisfaction.
• Answer calls and handle inquiries from prospects and residents; sustain a positive customer service attitude.
