Job summary

SYNC Residential is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for our Tomball, TX community. You will guide prospects through the leasing process, manage inquiries via the CRM, and support on-site marketing and events to drive occupancy.

The role requires at least 1 year of multifamily leasing, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. Weekend availability is included with a structured schedule and opportunities for incremental commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of multifamily leasing experience.
• Valid Driver's License with State minimum insurance required.
• English/Spanish bilingual helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Tour prospective residents and guide them through applications and leasing process.
• Maintain CRM communications and follow up with prospects.
• Manage calls and inquiries from residents and prospects.
• Create social media content and marketing materials for the community.
• Complete outreach marketing and audits of online listings for accuracy.
