Comstock is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team and guide residents through the leasing journey from hello to welcome home. You will showcase the benefits of our luxury, transit-oriented communities, create memorable experiences, and deliver warm, professional customer service in a fast-paced environment that values people and results.

The role focuses on lead generation, showing units, coordinating promotions, preparing leasing paperwork, and maintaining accurate reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of leasing experience in luxury multifamily property management.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure.
• Experience with Yardi is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong customer service orientation and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging customer service, showcasing the benefits of our community.
• Oversee the entire leasing process from lead generation to tenant occupancy.
• Prepare leasing paperwork and maintain accurate weekly/monthly reports.
• Creatively market the community online, through social media, and within the local neighborhood.
• Coordinate promotions to increase traffic and maintain high occupancy rates.
• Manage and innovate social media to engage current and prospective tenants.
• Perform administrative duties to support the leasing process and other tasks.
