Job summary

SYNC Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our sales team at Tradehouse in Bulverde. You will tour prospective residents, guide them through the application and leasing process, and manage inquiries via the CRM.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and at least one year of multifamily leasing experience. The position includes a Saturday shift, room for career growth, and competitive commissions alongside benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of multifamily leasing experience.
• Must work Saturday shift (10am-5pm).
• Valid driver\'s license required.
• Experience with real estate/hospitality a plus.

Responsibilities

• Tour prospective residents and guide them through the application and leasing process.
• Communicate with prospects via the CRM and follow up.
• Manage incoming calls and inquiries from residents and prospects.
• Create marketing content and materials to promote the community.
• Complete outreach marketing within the neighborhood and at preferred employers.
• Open and close model apartment and show units for touring.
• Prepare move-in packets and ensure units are ready for new residents.
• Plan and participate in resident events.
• Record traffic and activities and follow-up promptly.
• Notify applicants of acceptance or rejection within 24 hours.
• Aim for a 50% closing ratio and achieve property goals.
