Job summary

SYNC Residential is hiring a Dual-Site Leasing Consultant to drive sales at both SYNC at Sienna and Villas at Sienna in Missouri City. The role requires at least two years of multifamily leasing experience, with a bonus for marketing content creation.

A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are essential. You will tour prospects, manage applications, and maintain CRM-driven follow-ups while creating engaging marketing content to promote the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of multifamily leasing experience.
• Experience creating social media and marketing content.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Tour prospective residents and guide them through the application and leasing process.
• Engage prospects via CRM and follow up on inquiries.
• Manage calls and inquiries from current and prospective residents.
• Create social media content and marketing materials for the community.
• Conduct outreach marketing and audits of online listings for accuracy.
• Prepare move-in packets and coordinate unit readiness.
