Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with leasing and occupancy at all properties.
• Show apartments and complete the lease process for current and future units.
• Enter and close work orders and maintain move-in/move-out checklists.
• Post vacant apartments on marketing sites and coordinate open houses.
