• Strong closing skills and CRM proficiency expected.

Responsibilities

• Tour prospects and guide them through the application and leasing process.
• Maintain CRM communications with prospects and residents.
• Coordinate marketing and outreach to promote the community.
• Prepare move-in packets and ensure units are market-ready.
