Mark-Taylor, Inc. is hiring a Manager of Community Operations (Community Manager) for Aviva in Mesa, AZ. You will help keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs, contributing to upkeep, and delivering five-star service that makes Mark-Taylor communities feel like home.

Qualifications

• 1+ years operational experience in luxury multifamily setting as a Community Manager, or similar title required
• Experience planning and executing resident events
• 3+ years people management experience with demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills
• Demonstrated coaching and development ability
• BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence
• Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar platforms is especially desirable
• A basic understanding of written and verbal English

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset
• Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning
• Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes.
• Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.
