Qualifications

• 3+ years people management experience.
• 3+ years experience as Assistant Community Manager/Community Manager in luxury multifamily setting.
• BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
• Experience using Resman or Yardi is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed targeted revenue by setting rents, managing expenses, and forecasting financial performance.
• Coach and mentor a team of administrative and service personnel.
• Oversee hiring and performance management processes.
• Conduct regular property inspections and plan property improvements.
