Job summary

Mark-Taylor, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Community Operations in Scottsdale, AZ.

The role focuses on keeping our communities running smoothly, handling maintenance repairs, and delivering the five-star service that defines Mark-Taylor living. You will lead a team, oversee hiring and performance management, and manage operating expenses while ensuring accurate monthly financial reporting and forecasting to support asset performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management experience.
• 3+ years as an Assistant Community Manager/Community Manager in luxury multifamily setting.
• BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Resman or Yardi is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed targeted revenue by setting rent rates and managing operating expenses.
• Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel.
• Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management.
• Conduct regular property inspections and implement property enhancements.
