Qualifications

• 1+ years operational experience in luxury multifamily setting as a Community Manager or similar title.
• Experience planning and executing resident events.
• 3+ years people management with leadership and mentorship skills.
• BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
• Experience using Resman or Yardi is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed targeted revenue by setting rent rates and monitoring expenses.
• Prepare monthly financial reports with forecasting and action plans.
• Coach and mentor a team of administrative and service personnel.
• Oversee hiring and performance management through HR processes.
• Conduct property inspections and drive enhancements.
