Job summary

Mark-Taylor is seeking a Manager of Community Operations in Scottsdale, AZ to oversee maintenance, repairs, and daily operations while delivering five-star service across our luxury apartment communities.

This role leads a team, manages rent rates and expenses, conducts property inspections, and supports HR processes. A BA or equivalent experience preferred, with 3+ years of people management and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years people management experience.
• 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Community Manager, Community Manager, or similar title in luxury multifamily setting required
• Demonstrated coaching and development ability
• BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence
• Experience using ResMan, Yardi, or similar platforms is especially desirable
• A basic understanding of written and verbal English

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset.
• Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning.
• Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes.
• Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.

Compensation

• The anticipated base pay range for this position is $65,000- $70,000/year.
• In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible to receive bonuses based on achievement of operational metrics.
