Job summary

Extell Hospitality Services is seeking a seasoned Restaurants General Manager to lead FOH operations for a luxury resort setting at Canopy Deer Valley. You will manage a high-performing team across the Signature Restaurant, lounges, room service, and banquets, ensuring exceptional guest service and revenue performance.

You should bring 5+ years in upscale hospitality management, 3+ years in a GM/Director-level F&B role, and strong budgeting, wine, and beverage knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive management in upscale hotel/resort dining.
• 3+ years in a General Manager or Director-level F&B role overseeing multiple outlets.
• Expertise in FOH operations and high-end dining service.
• Budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead FOH operations for the Signature Restaurant, lounges, and banquets.
• Manage front-of-house team, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Oversee guest experience, service standards, and guest satisfaction metrics.
• Control labor costs and manage inventory for FOH and related outlets.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to align FOH and BOH operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor laws and maintain cleanliness.
