Job summary

Extell Hospitality Services is seeking an experienced F&B Manager for Canopy by Hilton Deer Valley. You will act as the on-the-floor leader for all FOH venues, ensuring service standards and guest satisfaction across Signature Restaurant, Lounges, Room Service, and Banquets.

You will supervise a diverse FOH team, lead pre-shift meetings, optimize staff scheduling, and manage cash handling, POS, and end-of-day reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive management experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in a high-volume, upscale hotel, resort, or multi-outlet hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to supervise, coach, and develop a diverse service team in a dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of high-end dining service, lounge/bar operations, and quick service/coffee shop management.
• Proficiency with POS and reservation systems; excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak ski season.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-the-floor manager for all service periods, ensuring standards across FOH venues.
• Directly supervise and coach FOH staff, including Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, and Runners.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and manage labor costs within budget.
• Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and end-of-day reporting; monitor inventory for smallwares.
• Ensure compliance with health, sanitation and liquor laws and resolve guest concerns.
